Russia will build 38 new nuclear power plants!

Apparently the sanctions by the European government on Russia are not having a big impact. To the contrary, despite having abundance of natural gas and access to oil, Russia is also preparing for the future of energy by planning 38! new nuclear power plants on their territory.

This shows how little the impact of the sanctions is on Russia. As they surely have the means to do immense investments like this. And this will also give them the ability to create new nuclear weapons.

I think the time for new diplomatic talks is there. As the sanctions are proving to be unworkable and ineffective!
