The unfortunate reality about most charitable organizations is seperate levels of corruption.

This article does a great job of not just identifying the issues but brings to light the awareness of such acts within the institution itself. How can any reputable, charitable organization be aware of such abuses taking place within the spectrum of their aid, and do little to nothing to resolve the problem?
