It's all quite laughable really! Although I did notice at 5.24 on the bottom left of the parcel it does look like a postage stamp on a British 2nd class stamp? It is odd why it would have a British stamp at the opposite end of the other stamps. I made better looking pipe bombs as a kid. Never blew anything up just large hole in the garden lawn haha 💯🐒
