Nice writeup. You are indeed a true Nigerian. I've also been asked the same question by my friends in fact just few days ago a guy joined a steemit whatsapp group I am and was asking if he could make $500 monthly from steemit. To be honest, it's possible but you must work hard, write well, comment on post, relate with others and this will take time. A typical Nigerian will ask you if you have made withdrawal from anything you introduce them to and its our duty to educate them well before and after they have joined steemit because it might discourage them if they don't get their desired payout on their post if they are new on steemit.
On withdrawal, there are guys that are ready to buy your steem or sbd from you. Guys like @tojukaka
