The reason why there is so much green right down to the beach has enough connection with the climate. On the west coast of Norway, it is a humid and mild climate.
It is because the grass does not sting in the summer.
Some years it can be a little drier, and then in some places, it can become so dry that the grass can yellow. But it rarely happens in our region.
