maybe use the tag nsfwnetwork as your primary tag. See what happens. The whales will let you know if that works. I think what you're doing is fine as long as NSFW appears in the title, and the image is not graphic, and your nsfwnetwork tag is first. That way people will see it but kids have been warned in advance.
I am going to redo the post without the nsfw tag and focus on the educational point of it...hopefully it wont bite my ass. Honestly , i don't believe it to be that NSFW...it's a talk show for God's sake not an xxx show. Plus, what's so wrong for a 16 yo to learn that you should practice safe sex for example ? Or how you can prevent a damn pregnancy ?? Because i am pretty sure these kind of questions and topics will arise.

@klye I think that is a site issue, not necessarily a tag issue. I could be wrong, but I have had problems replacing tags in the past.
Correct me if I am wrong, I believe the url and first tag (posting catagory) are fixed permanently when top level posts are created. Anything else in the post including the other 4 tags can be edited anytime after that and before the first payout.
