That was so much fun to watch, I love the bubbles!

If it was the Texan in you that wanted to whoop him, then New Yorkers are a whole lot like Texans, or maybe it's just moms because I want to whoop him just reading about it! Knocking a three year old to the ground, grrr!

You are so right, its the mom on me 😉. To be honest, New Yorkers were overwhelmingly nice and its quite likely NY will be in contention when we relocate.

We're pretty good people I have to say, haha! I was born on Long Island, about forty five minutes from the city, but my family relocated upstate-near Ithaca- when I was ten. I love visiting the Island and the city, but I have to say I prefer living where we are, right along the Finger Lakes Wine Trail (which now has a handful of awesome breweries and a couple distilleries and cideries as well) sandwiched between two giant, beautiful lakes, with waterfalls and gorges everywhere- far fewer buildings and people ;)

My parents have lakefront property (the post I put up yesterday is of their beach) and the only downside are the winters which tend to be looong. It's not the snow that bothers me- there are plenty of snowmobiling trails and great places to ski- it's the seemingly perpetual grey and gloomy skies. The days we do get blue skies and sun, particularly right after a snowfall, is pure magic :)
