日本の不動産投資企業ゲーツが7月10日、オアシス（Oasys）との戦略的パートナーシップを発表した。110億円に相当する東京都心部の優良不動産資産をオアシスブロックチェーン上でトークン化する計画で、日本最大級の不動産トークン化プロジェクトとなるそうなのですが私はこのOasysという今たくさん持っているため嬉しいですね。
On July 10, Japanese real estate investment company Gates announced a strategic partnership with Oasys. The plan is to tokenize prime real estate assets in central Tokyo worth 11 billion yen on the Oasys blockchain, which will be one of the largest real estate tokenization projects in Japan. I'm happy about this because I currently own a lot of Oasys.
