Obama's regime forced banks to lend to those that couldn't afford the loans under equal opportunity legislation. These people then defaulted and this triggered the 2007 sub prime meltdown and the resulting GFC. The regime then targeted banks for "predatory lending practice" (which they were forced to provide) in a shake down that netted $1B USD which then funnelled from the DOJ to various liberal progressive activist organisations such as La Raza (The Race - A Mexican supremacist group)
