I'm going to put a thick layer of dark chocolate between the crust and the bananas so that the crust stays crisp... plus what goes better with bananas than chocolate?

Yeah, it would be a long drive for a piece of pie....but if you ever do want to travel this way I'll bake a pie especially for you!
