RE: Origami Journey - Origami Fail

I'm sneaky, I can now give your comment a full-vote, though my inflatable kiddie pool is a bit drained at this time. (the kiddie pool is where the minnows go to work up their votes. They swim in circles in reverse-fin' really fast and make SBD's. (Swimming Backwards Dollars). Really plays havoc with their little dorsal's, but then it's worth it to make votes.)

I now have a new-found appreciation for your art form. I went to look at the 'pooper'. Good gracious sakes alive, I had NO idea what that folding thing was all about. You must be an art engineer to do what you do. I could't even FOLLOW the drawings...mentally. And you fold along those lines all the time. (I realize you said that was off the charts, but I still can appreciate what it takes...a lot of patience and a large brain.) Good on ya, and way to go serious.

That would be classic to find a chicken. I could use it in a post or somehow as an icon in my Schteinn Science Report. Maybe a mascot for the S.S.S.S., though I guess Mr. Chicken is for that. Hmm. Food for thought. Maybe the mug should wait a bit, in case one surfaces. (I was going to get on that soon. Fast, I am not)...

Another ??...could you draw a realistic looking skull of a rodent, if you had the image...with a couple of modifictaions, of course. For a post in the future. It would need to be inked, and look like the ones' in the Smithsonian and such....line drawings. We can chat more on it. Just curious though.
(WOW, I wrote a tome here...sorry about that.)

Sort:
  1. The Pooper must be the holy grail of origamis, only for the truly dedicated folders. It may be quite some time before you see an ENH-folded Pooper.

  2. I'll keep an eye out for a good chicken. There are more origami instructions online than you can shake a stick at, eventually I'm sure to find 'im.

  3. Yes, I'd be thrilled to ink a rodent skull! Line drawings are a lot of fun for me. Send me the details in a PM on .chat anytime. I've been looking at it daily since it came back online, so I'll see your message.

Man, am I behind on here. I'll let you know when I get to the skull post. As usual, I'm slower than frozen mud. But I'll get there sometime. So much to do on Steemit, so little time. Whinge whinge whinge....

(Glad to see I'm not the only one that 'shakes a stick' at things.) Hopefully an origamichicken will surface sometime. And it won't be half as hard as The Pooper. Though maybe a chicken laying nuggets? That might be cute. Or an Origamiegg.
