I hope you save all the mistakes. You could make a great "Island of Misfit Toys" post about them.
Elephant, that's a great addition to the paper menagerie! Oh for sure. I learned my lesson after carelessly chucking that raggedy little octopus from last year. At least we have the pictures, @ddschteinn.
"Island of Misfit Toys", that's a brilliant idea, especially since I've got the all-inclusive group diorama coming together in my mind. I could incorporate a literal island.
This origami journey is so much fun, I feel so happy that I decided to give it a go! The off-shoot ideas and conversations that have stemmed from the journey are the best part, next to the learning.
And the best thing is, you could keep all your mistakes there, and tell people you did them on purpose!
