I wrote about this a week ago. It's actually a problem with the STEEM block chain IMO. We say transaction are 3 seconds but I think there is more data or blockchain sequences involed. Perhaps it's 6 seconds or double the time. That's ok because it's registering at 3 seconds, but appearing slower. Perhaps thats the issue which is dragging that button!!!
