No problem! So Palnet "reacts" to things that happen on the Steem blockchain, so it's slower than voting on Steem, sometimes it take a refresh, but if you haven't staked your PAL yea it wouldn't do anything anyway. Also, they currently don't have decimal places yet, they're working on adding that asap :)
