Morning is for sport receiving vitamin D

Blessed morning steem community,

We started the exercise around 8am at Mustard Seed Stardard School. Before the rising of the sun. We give the students different games to do such as playing football for boys , skipping for the girls.

But today, the physical health education teacher decided that the student to warm up their body through jumping, running and also strenching their body. And she educate them.

Exercising regularly has many benefits for your body and brain. Such as

  • It makes you to feel happy
  • It is good for your muscles and bones
  • It increase your energy level
  • It can reduce your risk of chronic diseases
  • It can help with relaxation and sleep quickly to mention a few
