So far I always picked a winner. I am not fond of all this extra administration plus I find it motivationg and hard to check.
I have to think about this contest how to handle it or if I change it. Also what to do if there are only 1 or 2 entries. I try to avoid that I ask people to join and payed the prizes prizes too. So far I did not use anyone else Steem. The 6 freedomshift sent I payed back.

The Friday/Saturday contest is mine, has different rules also if it comes to prizes. I pay for it and try to promote #ccc with it plus let those who join do an extra task to win something extra

The question is how to handle the #ccc contests. @marblely is hosting one too and so is @freedomshift. Both have to say what works best for them and if it is worth to give a higher prize or extra bonus.

My experience so far is people seem to care less about the prize as I thought. I tagged many several times also in other posts of mine I asked to join the contests. I did the same for the other #ccc contests. It did not bring me more participation, only @freedomshift has 6 now (I am one of the six) and 2 new members.

Might be it takes some more time or with all these giveaways 1 SBI is not worth writing 200 words.

I do not know what you mean by "all 4 SBI" shares.

There is a prize to win and the bonus for each one who joined was 1 SBI for joining and 1 SBI for using the invitation.
This means you always can earn 2 SBI at least even if you do not win.

I will note your sponsorship, thank you very much for your respond and sharing ideas. I think we think share the same opinion if it comes to joining contests and how to encourage.
