Mindfulness for a better world

in #peace6 days ago

This month of June has been like a disaster for quite a lot of people. There have been so any mis happenings back to back in this month. The Air India plane crash has been the worst of them all. I still cannot absorb it completely that a flight that took off crashed within 2 minutes of it's departure. Was it in anyway possible to avoid it, god knows. So many speculations and social media made up stories, but no one exactly knows what must have really happened in there in those 2 minutes. Then I read about the Austria school firing incident and it broke my heart, what goes on in the mind of these people who carry out such actions. How can the mind go to that level where they do not have any hesitation to kill innocent people and that too young children. And now it's about the Israel and Iran attack, such a jinxed up month this has been energy wise.

What I hate the most about this whole thing is people making up stories for their own advantage in these situations. Yesterday I came across one astrologer feed on Insta, where she had mentioned that this month it is unsafe for air-travel and she had mentioned practically almost every date on which to avoid travel. I do not understand how people can behave so stupid. For all those who are travelling in this month, if they come across her feed, it's kind of going to put fear in them. I am also travelling on 29th of June back to Muscat and in her chart 29th is one of the dangerous dates to travel. I wanted to really tell her to stop playing her silly pranks to gain popularity. When death is due no one can run away from it but then why live in fear of it. Air crashes are no jokes, what people go through in those last moments, no one can even imagine. It must be the most horrifying death.

Life is fragile and we never know what's in store for us. We make plans for future, which is not wrong and at the same time we must not always think that we will have second chances in life to make amendments, to express, to love, to forgive, because you never know, you may not get that opportunity. The Air India crash incident has shaken us up all worldwide, such a big tragedy with absolutely no control.

In this whole incident there have also been big miracles, where 2 passengers survived so miraculously, where one person walked out of the flames alive and the other missed her flight by just 10 minutes. This also makes me believe that God always has a plan for us, if it's not our time then in some or the other way we will be saved. I have gone through one such similar incident in my life. In 2006, there was a train blasts incident that happened in Mumbai, the time it happened is my normal time to travel back home from office. On that particular day I left a little early because I was not feeling very well. My other friends who left at the normal time, faced this incident, they were safe but they saw all of it and were traumatized with the whole incident. Several times in my life it has happened, that I have missed some most horrifying experiences with a little time at hand. I call them nothing short of miracles and always believe in higher power who takes care of us.

The incidents that happened are technical but at the end of the day everything is energy, the more chaos we spread the more negative events keep happening. There are unseen forces in the Universe, you cannot see them but you can feel them and experience them, but you need to trust them. Life has uncertainties and sometimes it's only our faith and hope that sails us through. I just wish that these harsh energies that we are facing globally eases out and we can all become peaceful and that's why it is so important that we meditate every day so that we can be instrumental in spreading out these peaceful energies in the Universe. One should never underestimate the power of collective energy, as it works on negative so does it work on the positive side also. When every single person brings peace and calmness in to their lives with their mindfulness then we are going to spread out more positive energies on our planet and make it a better place to live for all of us.

@nainaztengra, your post is a powerful reflection on recent tragedies and the anxieties they stir. I appreciate your honesty in expressing how these events have impacted you, particularly the Air India crash. Your point about the irresponsibility of those who exploit fear for personal gain, like that astrologer, is spot on! It's a much needed call for a responsible and measured reaction to events that affect many people.

I found your perspective on faith and the power of collective energy especially uplifting. It's a great reminder that amidst chaos, we can find strength and peace within ourselves and contribute positively to the world. Your personal experience with the Mumbai train blasts adds a poignant layer to your message. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and inspiring piece. It's definitely a conversation starter, and I encourage others to share their thoughts and experiences in the comments!

What all is happening right now is sad and also a reminder for us that no matter how much every we advance but there will be some things which will never be in our control and that Universe decides
