God is perfect: But as you are righteous, you govern all things righteously. Wisdom 12:15

After having reflected in its first part about the nature of wisdom and its hidden mysteries, the Book of Wisdom in its second part deals with the action of the eternal wisdom of God in the history of the people of Israel; man is tied to sin and error, but God, which is in itself a great mystery to man, manifests himself through prophets and seers to make himself known.
The Bible teaches us that God is perfect and the source of all the perfections we see in the universe, that's why we say that God is wise, the wisdom is the perfection in its highest degree: "To God belong wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are his" Job 12:13.
And because God is wise he loves with kindness: "You love everything that exists; you do not despise anything that you have made. If you had not liked it, you would not have made it in the first place" Wisdom 11:24.
The wisdom of God orders all things to an end, which is the providence of God. We see the providence of God manifest from the creation of Adam in the paradise until the exodus of the people of Israel, led by Moses, from Egypt; this is what the wise Kohelet, probably the King Solomon, explains to us in his book when speaking of the righteousness and omnipotence of God, God exalts the humble and brings down the proud, to guide men in the plan of salvation:
"But as you are righteous, you govern all things righteously;
you regard it as unworthy of your power
to punish one who has incurred no blame.
For your might is the source of righteousness;
your mastery over all things makes you lenient to all.
For you show your might when the perfection of your power is disbelieved;
and in those who know you, you rebuke insolence.
But though you are master of might, you judge with clemency,
and with much lenience you govern us;
for power, whenever you will, attends you." Wisdom 12:15-19.
