[pet food recipe] Salmon and Tuna Balls

This is another doggie delight – delicious and nutritious salmon and tuna balls baked in the oven. They are also very easy to make.

Main Ingredients: 8 Prepare Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 45 minutes Level Rate: Normal

Bread crumbs 1/2 cup	Canned salmon 100g	Canned tuna 100g	Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Egg 1	Celery 30g	Carrot 50g	Parsley 10g

Tips for choosing ingredients:

Carrots:
Choose firm, smooth carrots without rootlets.

Celery:
Choose firm, unblemished stalks. The stalks and leaves should be green, not yellow.

Peel and dice carrot

Finely chop celery and parsley

Put carrot, celery and parsley to a food processor

Pulverize to finely ground and transfer to a large bowl

Add salmon, tuna and cheese, mash well

Add parsley, egg and bread crumbs, mix well to combine

Roll mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes

Cool completely before serving
