Yes. Definitely. The Philippine government is rich, actually. It's just the corrupt who doesn't provide the citizens what they're due. Because of crab mentality and greed, the rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. Those in the pedestal refuse to go down and stand level with others. I really despise those kind of people.
