29/365: "Macro Photography (Miniso Phone Lens)"

Here are the sample shots I took using a macro phone lens I bought in Miniso few weeks ago. Its a 2-in-1 lens (macro and wide) which cost about $4. The camera I used is my iPhone 8 plus and edited the photos in Adobe Lightroom CC App.

In terms of quality, its really not so sharp, some details are not captured, and you gotta be patient when shooting with this lens because the camera focus is too slow. Timing is everything. Haha. Its hard to capture moving subjects but if your phone has a burst feature then it might help to get some lucky shots.

However, considering the price of this phone lens, I'd say this is super worth it. The product actually exceeded my expectation. If you're starting to love photography just like me and don't have a budget to get an expensive macro camera lens, I think this one's worth giving a try. Its fun to use, and its surprisingly capable of taking some decent shots (atleast in my own perspective of what decent shots are) LOL. =P

Also, post processing your photos will do the magic (as always). Haha. Adobe Lightroom CC mobile application is still my top favorite. So happy that nowadays smartphones are capable of doing almost everything that a laptop can do. For me, getting yourself a super fast and reliable phone is not a liability but a good investment, especially if you're doing all the action in your phone.
