yes i agree with you , we all have our demons no matter how composed we look to the world , we all need help and those we think have thinks all figured out mostly are the people who deal with a lot of these issues. especially when they feel they have to always keep that cool 'everything is under control' impression in the minds of people. they begin to leave under a lot of pressure which is never healthy. this is why i made this post to also reach out and encourage those who find it difficult to communicate their problems. thanks for reading and commenting , i really appreciate the contribution
