Yes, despite knowing that I've made the best decision, there is still a lot of stress, but as all the sages throughout history have said, stressing doesn't help the problem. And stressing makes children feel unstable.
The way we respond or react to adversity is how our children learn to respond or react to it in their lives. If we act gracefully they will also learn grace. If we stress, all they will learn is how to be pained with their decisions in life.
