how to describe the mental conditionning of the afghan father who is gonna kill his daughter because she kissed the boy next door rather to be the 4th so called wife of the rich old fuck next door?

the mental state of mind of the ones who engage in a so called drug war against the cartels and american kids?

how would you describe it better?
