Ingredients
1 kg of protein
Flour, Semolina
Large leavened bread yeast
salt and sugar
One teaspoon black grain and a grain of sweetness

We mix all the ingredients mentioned above dry and then pour the water on it until it becomes soft dough and then knead it well by hand or electric mixer for a period of not less than half an hour and then a problem in shape according to the desire and then leave it to double the size as shown in the picture
After baking the bread, we cook it in the oven at a moderate temperature. It should be noted that the oven is for this bread and the pizza is available in the market.
