I've been there once, beautiful city, but the fact that it's situated near water creates some weather problems: always rainy, hot or cold and etc
My St Petersburg friends are jokingly saying that I should move to their city - if for no other reason, then just because every time I come for a visit the it gets unusually sunny and warm. )))
