Here, there is an oil drum, and a pipe has been placed at the mouth of the drum. This allows the oil to be released quickly. Since it’s a large drum, oil cannot be easily poured out by tilting it manually. That’s why a pipe has been set up here.
Through this pipe, the oil can be quickly poured out into small containers and sold in nearby villages. He has brought the oil in this drum to sell, and there is quite a lot of it. Slowly, he releases the oil through the pipe and sells it from here.
The pipe goes downward into the drum, and the opening is at the top. Through this pipe, the oil easily comes out, making it convenient for selling. That’s why the pipe has been installed here.
