Blue-and-yellow macaw.

Hi,

Today, as I was walking along the boulevard, there was a blue-and-yellow macaw perched on a post. It's very common to see scarlet macaws on the boulevard, but the blue ones are hard to find there, and those are my favorites. It's not that I don't like the red ones, but I find the blue ones prettier, just as I prefer the blue roses to the red ones.

I enjoyed spending a good while there watching her preen her feathers. It's something that recharges my energy, contemplating the beauty of the birds while walking along the boulevard, especially if it's one of my favorites.
