Embotido recipe.

this is my entry in @photocontest with the categoty of #foodphotography by @juliank.

...ingredient...
*spring onion *1pack of resin
*onion *cornstarch
*garlic *1k of lean ground and pork
*4 boiling egg *hotdog
*crushed carrots
steps
1.in a bowl, mix all the ingredients for except the boiling egg.
2.put All cornstarch.
3.mix all ingredients
4.get the foil and place the mix embotido ingredients.

after you pack the embotido in the foil, get steamer with hot water,and you may now steam the embotido with atleast 1 1/2 hrs.

this is one of my favorite recipe i loved to prepare with my family,specialy when there is an occasion.
