RE: Red Rock Canyon Open Space

snapping silly photos of the scenery and the tiny buggies,

Really wont agree with you...these are some of the great photos in steemit. You must be using a professional camera for sure, every minute details had there in most of the picture. You made it really interesting with location details. 789 acres is so huge, and the brief history you provided is all it make interesting.

I didn't notice the Drone initially until I made it a detailed read. If it was slightly higher it could have been really a good snap with the black mountains in the backside'. Like wise the photos of single black crow, the fish and even the ants and the fly in the flower are really have some purpose while snapping it..

Great blog... Keep steeming

thanks! i have a good but not a great camera, and for the flowers i use a macro lens, plus i cropped some of the detailed photos I snapped on a whim (the drone). I like the details in a story, this makes the difference between photos about a place and a story. the history of this area is interesting and I hope to get more into it in my other posts

Good to know such finer details of the shots, photography must be a passion for you to use such different methods to make it more effective such as micro lens, drone in addition to photoshop.

The pictures were great and looking forward to more stuffs like this in your page..

Cheers
