Yeah it looks so cool. I don't know for sure about this one (didn't try to look that up as it's a pain finding something in Hungarian when you don't speak the language haha) .. In France it was to seal your love or something, I believe there even was a bridge that got too heavy because of the many many locks from tourists.. I've seen it before, just don't remember exactly when and where oops :)
