Colosseum at Night
The Colosseum is beautiful at night, with a nice orange colored light and the slightly lit blue sky. Managed to get a few good photos in tonight, hope you guys enjoy it. Took these photos with my RX 100 and used a mini gorilla pod to stabilize the shots. Shot these in RAW and processed them slightly in LightRoom
Took these with auto setting - my manual setting shots didn't turn out very well.
This shot turned out quite well - we got the blue sky and orange lights for contrast.
Shot this one on a bridge. Used a tripod and didn't use long exposure - the bridge was shaking slightly.
One of my most vivid memories was getting into Rome late and walking around getting my bearings. I came across the Forum lite up. I didn't even know what I was looking at and I was close to speechless.
What a beautiful vision! Amazing photos!

I also love history and architecture!

Great shot. It was my childhood dream to visit there. Those photos are beautiful anyways.
hermosas fotos! beautiful!
Very cool.
Did you know that the real name for the Colosseum (or Coliseum) is Flavian Amphitheatre?
People morphed it into Colosseo, then Colosseum because of the gigantic - Colossus- statue of the late emperor Nero that greeted all spectators.
Yes, I've become a history nerd!
Namaste,
