Brutalism is a movement in architecture. Maybe doesn't apply too much here as its mainly (in simple terms) blocky/concrete buildings, commonly associated with tower blocks & high rise flats. I didn't mean to add that tag i just added my usual #architecturephotography set of tags, haha.
