RE: Images to Soothe the Savage Beast

in #photography7 years ago

Really like the last one, very interesting composition formed by the snag over the water. Hey I have a quick question, I was checking out a post today which had an image in it that I reverse-image searched and found had been posted on your blog 2 years ago... is the cover image in the following post link one of your images? If so just wanted to point it out in case you had not released the image for free use.

Hey thanks! Yes, that is my photo. I've posted it a number of times, but would have appreciated getting credit on their post for it. lol

My wife took the last one. Little tiny area, just off the road before you hit Alma on hwy9 south. ;) I love the textures that come through the color. I'd also like to print a large a black and white version. :)

yeah I bet that looks cool in black and white as well. Very interesting mix between the shimmery reflections and the twisted shapes of the dead wood.

Yep... love it also. It's an amazing area for photography.

The dead pines behind it look like smoke, which is also reflected in the water at their base. :)
