I know Steem can be confusing at first. There are no official rules, but there are some unofficial guidelines that should be followed in order to succeed here on Steem. Mostly it's obvious stuff like don't plagiarize or scam people. Beyond that what you write about here is all up to you! Write about your interests and hobbies, share some photos from a walk, or write a fiction story... there are lots of possible things to blog about. Just do what is fun for you!
