I hear they're back-peddling now. Too little, too late.

Our neighbor likes to stir things up, rile people up, basically enjoys being a trouble-maker. We're just up here for a few weeks so we just ignore him, we're too busy for for that kind of drama. But yes, it offends us and most of the other neighbors. It can't be healthy, living with so much anger inside.
