In your wallet on your profile in that website, there's an option to stake, the same as powering up on steemit. Creative coin is a layer on top of the steem blockchain so you don't have to do anything besides use the tag for any art, music, photography, cooking or gardening posts. I'm sure pole dancing qualifies too. These coins are similar to SMT and will just be extra earnings for your steemit posts
