not as fast and wriggly as centipedes.. who really are ferocious. Earwigs seem quite social really. It's just the way they can give you a pincer bite which makes them a bit irksome.. and the way they get in your washing. I mean what's all that about ?

Yeah that pincher is the part I get squeamish over- gives me the willies.
