View or not, neither would I. Those are not three bedroom apartments. The number refers to the number of "rooms", in which the living room is included. So, the 80 sqm apartments are actually two beds.

200 square meters is much larger than the average two bedroom apartment here. It's actually much larger than the average three bedroom home. About 100 square meters is pretty normal for a three bedroom apartment.

I know a South African computer scientist living in Tampere. A friend of mine whose co-worker that guy from SA is, once considered moving to SA. The living space you get for your money is something else in SA than in Europe.

That is very true, but the returns are better on property in Europe than here. I thought that meant bedrooms and now it's rooms so makes sense now. We are about to sell our house in Durban and we would have made double the amount for the time we have had it if it was in the UK.
