If you are a regular user of horse , you will know why and what they use them for? But a brief update on these horses. Sometimes ago in Ilorin Kwara State, they Celebrated some Muslim Festivity and they uses more horses to parade the whole town to show the Festivity Period but not Christmas.

But some authority may come out for it as well when the need arises. I was once in the market Square when I saw multiple horses coming around I already missed some due to no clear shot so I had to moved where I could see clearly before snapping.
