The Pride of India flower, also known as Lagerstroemia speciosa or the Queen’s Crape Myrtle, is one of those blooms that naturally draw attention wherever they grow. With their vibrant colors and graceful clusters, these flowers seem to carry a certain elegance that instantly uplifts any landscape.

The Pride of India flower comes alive in shades of purple, pink, lilac, and sometimes white. The petals are thin and crinkled, almost resembling delicate crepe paper, which is why the plant is often called Crape Myrtle. When the tree blooms in summer, it turns streets, parks, and gardens into vibrant tapestries of color. The blossoms don’t just appear for a day—they stay for weeks, making them a true celebration of seasonal charm.
