In physics, the rainbow can be described as an event of natural refraction. Refraction is the process of deciphering a particular color into several other colors through a certain medium as well. The process of color decay occurs when the white light of the Sun decomposes into the color spectrum through rainwater media. The color spectrum that occurs consists of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple.
A rainbow appears not dependent on the type or density of falling rainfall, but rather the cloud cover that receives the sun's rays. If sunlight shines on rain, rain reflects light and refracts various colors. But if not, then do not expect a rainbow will appear. That's why the rainbow is rarely seen and does not appear every time after the rain.
