Holy wowsers!!! That is exactly the type of chocolate cookie cake my son likes! Guess I need a cast iron pan to make it properly. My daughter tried making one once on a regular pan. Epic fail! It burned on the edges and was raw in the center! Being twenty was okay, I think I'd prefer to be 25 again.
