Sulfur cosmos flower it has become widely naturalized in many parts of the world due to its ability to thrive in poor soils high temperatures and dry conditions the plant is characterized by its vibrant yellow orange and sometimes reddish-orange blooms which resemble small daisy-like flowers with multiple petals arranged around a central disk the flowers are usually two to three inches in diameter and are borne on long slender stems that can reach heights of one to seven feet depending on the variety.
