Well i read somewhere that the sun light is playing the most important role in moving objects.
Under Settings, you'll find out first which is the shortest time you can adjust where the pictures are still optimally bright and not blurred or blurred. You can push that still with the Iso value.
But I am not a expert though, just read it somewhere
