RE: Mono-Memories from a walk at Malta - (Hidden) Beauty of Europe
It's incredible how much a photo can contain. It's not just an image, it's not just objects, landscapes, people and things. It's full of memories, emotions and experiences. Often, when I feel nostalgic, I open an album from a few years ago and automatically I'm transported to that place - I remember everything, all the experiences and feelings, worries, smells, tastes. I can be in the same place over and over again, experience something over and over again, only thanks to these "means of transportation"😅And I can assume that this first photo is your most precious, because it really carries something personal, it looks very personal, and it carries an exceptionally large number of things within it...
Photography has this side... or a feature, I should say. A time machine ;)
Have you noticed how with time, the story in a photo could change? ;) Emotions as well...
