Yes :) Cat is a magical word, almost divine, right ;)

I still have work to do but lately the weather isn't very friendly, too hot for any work outside after 9:00 AM. It was 40 C today. Can't be productive enough, I start preparing and then I have to stop as I start to swim in my own liquids, phew... Then a bath, another cup of coffee and the day is half-gone...

Thank you, @wakeupkitty! :) Have a wonderful week!

We seem to share the same day... passed by soon but I compensate by staying awake through the night (and waking up late LOL).

Thanks for the update and enjoy the sun, I am sure the roof will be ready in time.

:)

Some of the summer nights here are quite hard, and that isn't related to the temperatures, at least directly.

At least one night for each week, one or two martens go on the roof and unless I take my strongest torch-light and scare them away, they run for tens of minutes. Quite loud bangs, seems they jump and sprint. I have no idea what they do up there, nothing to eat really. Just having fun I suppose, they are highly intelligent animals. This "ritual" usually happens around 4:00 AM and sometimes I can't get back to sleep no more.

By the way, I had to buy an ultrasound electronic device that keeps them away from my car as they managed to find a way in the engine compartment and started to rip some thermal insulation.

The second big factor is almost every night someone parties outside in their gardens. Usually the loud music stops around midnight but sometimes it does not. :)

Have a great week!

Martens are great animals and you can easily tame them. For sure they like it under your roof.

Who knows they can scare the neighbours away.

♥️🍀

Right :)
They are very playful for sure, it's just two-three activities that come too much for me, like the roof dancing, stealing the engine insulation of my car and crapping everywhere on the patio. Everything else is ok, LOL

Today I chatted with the neighbors, the martens check regularly their roofs as well :)
