These are not 200% white mushrooms, they look like Armillaria mellea mushrooms, but I can’t say. The white fungus has no plate under the cap. This is a tubular mushroom.

I would not risk it. in our area there are seasons for certain types of mushrooms. We know when and for which mushroom you can go to the forest. I do not know the specifics of forests in Italy.
