GREEN JUICE (RECIPE)

HELLO WANTED STEEMIANS!

I bring you, for your delight - (drum sound) -

My precious juice every day!

* This is the juice that I, personally, love! I take it in the morning, after a glass of water. * </ Center>

Ingredients (for two glasses)

*** (All previously washed and / or disinfected) ***

  • 3-4 Sweet oranges (depends on the size)
  • 1-2 Grapefruits (Depends on the size)
  • 1 Penca (girl) or 1/2 large Nopal
  • 3 Pieces (half of branch) of Celery
  • A little parsley
  • 1 or 1 1/2 pineapple slice

  • In this photo I failed the quantities, I put more pineapple and I removed some cactus and parsley *

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients (except oranges and grapefruit) to the blender. Squeeze or extract juice from oranges and grapefruit.


  1. Once the juice has been extracted, you incorporate everything inside the blender, if you think it is necessary, add 1/4 of a glass of water.

  1. Put everything in the blender and liquefy, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and it is not too thick or too watery. (You can add either more water or juice)



  1. Serve in a glass and go! A delicious green juice to activate in the mornings and feel satisfied for a few hours !!

PINEAPPLE:

NOPAL:

THE GRAPEFRUIT:

Vitamin C, complex B2 and B3, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, minerals, rich in fiber and is an antioxidant.

THE ORANGE:

Great source of folic acid (helps strengthen the development of our brain) great source of vitamin C, helps reduce kidney stones.

PARSLEY:

Prevents anemia, prevents and relieves bladder infections, helps with arthritis, purifies the blood and prevents bad breath.
