The Dubai real estate market registered a strong four-day period from October 10 to October 13, 2025, recording 2,734 total transactions with a combined value of AED 7.15 Billion.

The main driver of this activity was sales, which accounted for the majority of the value at AED 5.15 Billion across 2,071 deals. Key trends include:
- Off-Plan sales slightly outperformed Ready properties in total value (AED 2.61B vs. AED 2.54B), with a higher volume of transactions (1,403 vs. 668).
- Units (Flats/Apartments) dominated by transaction count, but Land sales contributed significantly, bringing in AED 1.50 Billion in value from just 148 deals.
- Al Yufrah 1 led all areas by sales value (AED 264.65M), while Jumeirah Village Circle saw the highest number of overall transactions (214).
